Roommate Assistance

If you would like to share a hotel room with another NASP convention attendee and you do not have a roommate, download this form to apply. If other individuals whose profiles match yours are available, you will receive their names and contact information. You then can contact potential roommates directly and make arrangements. You and your roommate are responsible for making your hotel reservations.

Be prepared to include the following information when posting to the roommate service:

• Name and address
• Contact information (work phone, home phone, e-mail address)
• Arrival and departure dates
• Hotel preference ( Boston Marriott Copley Place, Sheraton Boston, or Westin Copley Place)
• Gender

Please note that all sleeping rooms are nonsmoking. Individuals are responsible for contacting each other on the basis of the information included in the roommate assistance service, which is available only to NASP members. Convention attendees are responsible for reserving their own hotel rooms. NASP assumes no responsibility for individual arrangements, changes, or problems.
