PREPaRE Materials
PREPaRE workshop
participants receive a set of curriculum materials provided in binder and CD
format. These resources are specific to each workshop and include a copy of the
workshop presentation, articles, handouts, checklists, forms, evaluations,
etc. Participants may use selected portions of these resources and the
presentation for informal in-service staff training (if appropriate), but may
not represent them as the “PREPaRE” curriculum
training unless the participant has completed the appropriate Training of
Trainers workshop(s) and has become a certified PREPaRE trainer. Participants may use
these materials for education purposes and crisis planning and response
activities. Sample forms, checklists, evaluations, etc. may be adapted without
specific permission from NASP but must include the following statement,
“Source: PREPaRE: Crisis Prevention and
Intervention Curriculum, NASP 2006.” However, materials providing specific
background, theory, research or best practice skills and/or guidance may not be
altered or changed without permission from NASP.
