NASP Program Approval/National

Information
for Graduate Programs
The National
Association of School Psychologists (NASP) provides a review and approval
service to graduate programs in school psychology. NASP approval is part of the association's
commitment to serving the mental health and educational interests of all
children and youth by promoting the preparation of competent professionals in
accordance with national standards of quality.
All programs
submitting full reviews for consideration for initial approval or re-approval
must use an online submission process to correspond to NCATE’s online
submission requirements:
Programs that are not in NCATE units must contact the chair
of the Program Approval Board at nasppab@psl.nmsu.edu for additional information.
Submission Deadlines
The deadlines for ALL submissions for programs in NCATE
units and those not in NCATE units are the following:
Fall Cycle –September
15
Spring Cycle –
March 15 NEW DATE
